At AsterLuv, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product should not be damaged or tampered with.

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)

  • Free promotional items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video (if available)

  • Order number

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@asterluv.com

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for approval confirmation

  4. Ship the product back (if instructed)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • If still not resolved, contact us at info@asterluv.com

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
